What we collect

When you ask for a quote or get in touch through the form on this site, by phone or by text: your name, phone number and email, your vehicle's year, make and model or its license plate or VIN, the photos and videos you send, how you heard about us, and what you'd like done. If you call or text, we keep the conversation so we can follow up on your job. Some calls may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded. We also keep any feedback you send us after a job.

When we work on your vehicle: the details we need for the job, such as the vehicle's condition when it arrives. If we repair it through an insurance claim, we also keep the claim details we need to work with your insurer.

When you order signs, decals or printed graphics: your business name and the logos and artwork you send us.

When you pay: card payments go through QuickBooks, which we use for invoices and payments. We see the amount and the last digits of your card, but we don't keep full card numbers.

When you visit the website: our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. Our analytics and advertising tools also collect details of your visit, as explained under "Cookies, analytics and advertising" below. The site also saves a few settings in your own browser, like whether sound effects are on, and those never leave your device.

How we use it

To answer your questions, send quotes, schedule and do the work, send invoices, take payment, and call, text or email you about your request. After a job, we may ask you to leave a Google review. We ask every customer the same way, and you can ignore it.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and advertising pixels, including OpenAI's pixel for ChatGPT ads, to measure traffic and ad performance. For example, we can see how many people visit, which pages they view and how many tap to call or text us.

These tools can set cookies in your browser and send details of your visit to Google and OpenAI, such as your IP address, browser, device, the pages you view and the ad that brought you here. The quote form on this site is hosted by Shopmonkey, which runs its own support and analytics tools inside the form. Each company handles that information under its own policy: Google's privacy policy and OpenAI's privacy policy. Shopmonkey links to its own policy in the form.

To turn these tools off, choose Decline on the cookie notice or use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install Google's opt-out add-on for Analytics, or change your Google ad settings. The site doesn't respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers.

Photos and videos of your vehicle

We often photograph and film the work we do and share it on our website and social media. We blur or crop license plates, and we don't name you, show your face or tag you unless you say it's OK.

If you'd rather we don't post your vehicle at all, tell us before or after the job and we'll leave it out or take it down.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we text you about your request: quote replies, scheduling, updates on your vehicle and, after the job, a review request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We never sell or share mobile numbers or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your name, phone number, email or job details. We share only what's needed with the companies that help us run the shop: Shopmonkey, our shop management system, which receives what you send through the quote form; GoHighLevel, the customer messaging system we use for quotes, calls, texts and email; QuickBooks, for invoices and payments; and our website host. Google and OpenAI receive website visit details as explained under "Cookies, analytics and advertising".

If your repair goes through insurance, we share job details with your insurer. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for your job, any warranty on the work, and our business and tax records, then delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, such as limiting who on our team can see customer records. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by calling or texting (321) 558-4011 or emailing erick@prodipsplus.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or tell us.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
