What we do

We're a vehicle customization shop in Orlando, Florida. We do peelable paint and liquid wraps, vinyl wraps and color changes, paint protection film, fleet and commercial graphics, signs and printed graphics, collision repair and body work, wheels, tires and brakes, custom interiors and starlight headliners, window tint and car audio. You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's OK, to book work with us.

Quotes and pricing

A quote is an estimate based on the photos and details you send us. We'll confirm the work and the price with you before we start.

If we find something once your vehicle is in the shop that changes the job, like hidden damage, rust or paint that won't hold a wrap, we'll stop and talk to you before doing any extra work or charging more.

Deposits, payment and cancellations

For larger jobs, custom orders and printed graphics, we may ask for a deposit before we order materials or start work. We'll tell you the amount and whether it's refundable before you pay it.

The balance is due when the work is done, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We send invoices and take card payments through QuickBooks.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as you can. Materials we've already ordered or printed for your job, such as custom film or printed graphics, may not be refundable.

Your vehicle and its paint

Please tell us about any existing damage, repaint or aftermarket parts before we start. Vinyl wraps, liquid wraps and paint protection film go over your vehicle's existing paint, so chips, scratches, rust, peeling clear coat or a poor respray can show through the finish, and paint that isn't factory-bonded can lift when a film or wrap is removed later.

We'll point out problems we see. We're not responsible for damage that was already there or for paint that fails because of its own condition.

Colors, previews and results

Colors and finishes look different on every screen, so samples, photos and the interactive previews on this site are a guide only. If the exact shade matters, ask to see the material in person before we start.

Results depend on your vehicle, the products used and how they're cared for. We'll give you care instructions for your wrap, film or tint, and following them helps the finish last.

The 3D vehicle in our previews

The 3D vehicle in the interactive previews is a stylized model we restyled for this site. It isn't a real customer's vehicle and doesn't stand for any make or model. Any resemblance to a production vehicle is only in general shape. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle maker, and their names and trademarks belong to them.

The model, its files and the previews built on it are for viewing on this site only. Please don't download, copy, extract or reuse them.

Warranty

Any warranty on our work or on the products we install is explained in writing when the job is done. Warranties don't cover normal wear, accidents, damage from other shops, pressure washing too close to the edges, or not following the care instructions.

Signs, decals and printed graphics

When you send us logos, photos or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them. We'll send you a proof to approve before we print. Please check spelling, phone numbers and sizes carefully: once you approve a proof, reprinting for mistakes in it is charged as a new order.

Photos of your vehicle

We may photograph and film the work on your vehicle and share it on our website and social media, with license plates blurred or cropped. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works and how to ask us not to post your vehicle.

Text messaging

Pro Dips Plus sends text messages to customers who give us their mobile number and agree to receive them. We text about your request, such as quote replies, scheduling, updates on your vehicle and, after the job, a review request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (321) 558-4011. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number, and we never share it or your consent with anyone for their marketing.

The website

The photos and videos on this site show real work from our shop. Please ask before reusing them. Links to Google, Instagram, Facebook and other sites are there for your convenience, and those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it's provided as is, and we can't promise it's free of errors.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or the cost of a rental car, and our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida law that can't be waived.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Work already agreed in writing stays under the terms that applied when you booked it.
